With the recent uptick in cybercrime and cybersecurity measures taken by corporations across the Western world, I'm honestly baffled that no corporation is accounting for this.
Quantum Computers are not too far away from breaking standard encryption, and this coud be a disaster for many corporations who rely on traditional computing systems to protect sensitive data which constitutes their competitive advantage.
Take every company on the Fortune 100- I doubt any of them have precautions in place, and yet they constitute the basis of our economy. I find this pretty scary.
So many people in their mid-thirties need to hear this. The reality is that (especially for females) our bodies don't change much between 14 and 35, as long as we take care of ourselves. The only thing that changes is our skin becomes a bit thinner, which mostly shows on our face.
I've seen incredible transformation stories happen to people who took control of their health in their thirties, and by 40 ended up looking more youthful and healthy than they did at 25!
Yes! I didn't realize this for the longest time, because everyone around me was in the same boat. I wish taking control of one's breathing was taught in schools, as it's a life skill that can make us truly successful.
So many chronic diseases costing our healthcare system billions of dollars a year would disappear if people stopped and learned how to control their breathing. The problem is that many of us are in such a state of chronic stress that we first need to get back to baseline.
After two years of floats, acupuncture, massages, yoga, and therapy, I'm finally learning how to stay healthy- from now onwards :)
Yes! I often find myself explaining that even though I'm a "Product Manager", it's because I manage a SaaS product, not people. Then I get asked how you manage a product, and it's by spending time with people (engineering, sales) pulling them in the direction needed to make a product successful, which equates to leading a cross-functional team.
