So many people in their mid-thirties need to hear this. The reality is that (especially for females) our bodies don't change much between 14 and 35, as long as we take care of ourselves. The only thing that changes is our skin becomes a bit thinner, which mostly shows on our face.

I've seen incredible transformation stories happen to people who took control of their health in their thirties, and by 40 ended up looking more youthful and healthy than they did at 25!
